During the consultation, we try to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your potential claims, advise you of your legal options, make recommendations, evaluate risks and benefits, explain the legal process that relates to your unique employment situation, and discuss options for representation.

Any information you provide us will be considered confidential and private. But merely contacting an attorney does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship. To create an attorney-client relationship, we must do several things, such as check for a conflict of interest and reach agreement on the terms and scope of representation. Although we will treat all your information as private and confidential, information conveyed prior to a consultation or establishing an attorney-client relationship may not be covered by the attorney-client privilege.
